Lovely. Lodge was clean and had bread, milk and a welcome box of tea and coffee. Hot tub was well worth it. Very relaxing. Will definitely be back. Stayed here for 3 nights and would highly recommend. On arrival lodge was spotless and thoroughly clean with a fresh bottle of milk in fridge, a loaf of bread and towels provided. Jacuzzi was red hot and well hidden in the lodge we stayed at so plenty of privacy and. Pub on site was nice and food was reasonably priced also cafe on site was the same. Would defo return here. A very nice holiday park. The lodge me and my family stayed in was large, warm and clean. Sadly, there were a lot of spiders but that's simply due to the season. The staff have been very friendly and quick to respond to our boiler issues so I still got my hot shower in the morning. The only issue has been the lack of WiFi as the cell reception in the area is not too good, though that isn't the parks fault. Would come again! Stayed here for the second time this year the first time around the cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay, this time around went for 4 nights again paid a lot more than last time and the cabin was untidy full of cobwebs and we actually found a unopened condom under the bedside drawers and condom wrapper under the bedding.

To our surprise the room was occupied! The occupants of the room were equally surprised to have their room intruded late at night. To make it worse, the check in clerk told us this has happened more than once and that their system can show a room that is occupied as being available. We were assigned a new room which was unoccupied. The check in person turned on the TV to make sure it worked. After he left we double locked the room and tried changing channels. It turns out there was only one channel available... C-Span in Spanish. We were too tired to want to change rooms again. The next morning we were looking forward to a cup of coffee. There was only one issue, although there was a coffee maker, there were no cups. I went to the check in area at 7:30AM to get cups but it was locked with no one in sight. To round out the whole experience, the hooks to hang towels in the bathroom were broken off and the soap dispenser was torn off the shower. They did provide a hotel bar of soap and two tubes of shower gel.
