Working at Prairie Fire was challenging, but rewarding. There were many difficult situations with customers, but the owners of the place truly worked with you, in order to teach you how to do your job to the best of your ability. My co-workers were so much fun! We had a blast working together. I learned how to improve not only myself, but my sharpness as a server and a professional worker. The most enjoyable part of this job was the social aspect and all the people I met on a daily basis. Pros Half priced food, amazing people. Cons Cranky customers on occasion
