The entire place felt grungy and needing new paint, carpet. Overall horrifying experience, especially given covid. I checked in at night and checked out the first thing in the morning. They said they were going to refund my resort fee based on my complaint but never did. Pleasant Loved the pool area. The staff at their restaurant was rude the majority of the time. Room wasn't as updated as it appears online. Not what I expected. The view. Customer service is horrible. Front desk didn't answer on the phone. I received a text so I can request through there and nobody ever answered either. The customer service at El Jefe restaurant was also bad and food is expensive for the amount of food provided. Had to call housekeeping 4 times and never came to bring what we requested. Had to go to front desk to get what we requested. No reviews found.
