A beautiful bouquet from a kind and loyal client - who seemed almost as sad as I am that we have announced our closing. 2020, has definitely been a year with more downs than ups for many. Sad to finally make 'Facebook' public - R and R is closing at the end of 2020, December 31 is our last day. One of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. I sadly sensed it coming back in March -just had a feeling knowing how many of our clients fell into the 'safer to stay at home/hig … h risk' category that this was potentially going to be a real issue. When we were under mandatory closing for those few months, I had a feeling many clients wouldn't feel comfortable coming back anytime soon - and sadly I was right. Tho some clients were happy to return, not nearly enough did. You just can't social distance yourself through a massage or facial 😔 💗 The continuing cost of running a large spa just really started to outweigh what was coming in. Saddest part is knowing the prior year leading into this pandemic was our best yet.
