They put me and my mom in the same room, when I specifically requested our own rooms! We filled out our intake forms and specifically noted areas that we did and didn't want massaged, yet they asked us this in the room so they clearly didn't read our forms, so what was the point in filling them out??? I asked the therapists about the hot stones and foot scrub and they had no idea about this, so they left the room and were gone about 7 minutes. They came back and then told us that one of the therapists wasn't certified in hot stones so that wasn't possible and there wasn't any other therapist available to do them. They finally started the massages at 5:30. At 5:47 they put the scrubs on our feet and then took 10 minutes to wipe it off with hot towels. At 6pm, they said, that was the end of your service, hope u enjoyed!! Are u kidding me????? So we had 15 minutes of a massage and 3 minutes wiping sugar on our feet, and 10 minutes wiping it off!! What a disaster!! On top of that, the therapists didn't focus on the areas that we requested in person and on the forms!
