On the second level, you'll find 2 Aerobic studios complete with new sound systems and state-of-the-art equipment. Whether you want a good sweat or a slow burn, try one of our 70+ classes a week including yoga, Pilates Barre, Zumba, Belly dancing, Tabata Boot Camp, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and an endless selection of dance, strength and cardio classes. On the first floor, you will be welcomed by a large selection of cardio equipment including over a dozen treadmills, 10 elliptical machines, both recumbent and upright bikes each with their own tv monitor for those that want to zone out for a little Me Time. The large Free weight area offers everything you would expect for hardcore workout and more. Be sure to check out our 2 functional training studios where we have the heavy battling ropes, water rowers, TRX, heavy bags for boxing and even a heavy tire.

They offer all that and more (yoga, fitness classes... ). It is possible to by a long term pass or just a day pass, the day pass is worth it if you spend half a day there. It looks a bit old but I did not find other places offering all those sports in Bangkok. I think there is a discount if several people take a membership at the same time.
