Date of stay: March 2017 Trip type: Traveled as a couple Orlando, Florida 19 contributions 26 helpful votes The grounds are actually nice and the food and drinks were pretty good which is why I give it 2 stars but my wife and I used the spa area and the jacuzzi/steam. First of all they couldn't get therapists until about 3hrs later and wouldn't turn on the steam room or heat the jacuzzi until it was 30 minutes before the treatment time. The massages were terrible and facial too. We both had seperate therapists but the same experience. Was just like someone running cream or oil on you. Then to top the day off my wife left her special bikini behind by accident. It was a gift from our honeymoon in bora bora and when we realised and called back a few days later they said they had nothing. We know it was left in the steam area so that means either the spa staff or the maintenance man must have taken it and kept it. Very disappointing 😞 Will probably only return for lunch one day as we live in Puebla and like I said the grounds are nice but a little dated in places.
