On arrival my friend and I were feeling positive as the place is lovely, nice decor, smell and the ladies were lovely. However, on entering the steam room things went on a downhill. The floor was filthy with grime off other peoples bodies and they were using a bronzing brush to apply the clay mask with, I have no problem with that but they were using the same brush to apply the mask on to everyone - very unhygienic and then to make things worse we forced to taking freezing cold showers. My friend and I could not bear the cold and the transition we were making from a boiling steam room to a freezing shower and vice versa. We told the ladies about this and they were so unsympathetic. We were forced to leave the spa covered in other peoples dirt on us! Not a pleasant experience at all!
